PAYMENT

Late payments will be subject to a charge of 5% interest per annum above the base rate set by the Bank of England until payment is complete. All payments must be made in pound sterling unless an alternative currency has been agreed upon.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You reserve the right to cancel any arrangements with Giza Solutions after a quote has been issued. However, any further actions beyond receiving a quote may result in charges deemed suitable by Giza Solutions. CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
Giza Solutions will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to the client’s property. Prior to commencing work, you may be asked to remove obstructing vehicles or items. If damage occurs due to failure to comply with instructions, you will be solely responsible for any damages.
WARRANTY
In the unlikely event that a service is completed in a flawed manner, your consumer rights entitle you to seek reimbursement and demand corrective action at no additional cost.
If external factors beyond the control of Giza Solutions or the client take precedence, neither party shall be held liable for incomplete work. Such factors may include, but are not limited to, acts of terrorism, storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, government interference, power failures, internet failures, civil unrest, and any other elements beyond the control of either party.
